The Peter Principle

Ultimately, “every employee tends to rise to the level of his (her) incompetence.” That’s the Peter Principle, and in a way it is sad and frustrating. Thanks Judi, for that insight.

As an educator, I can work with the weak students and those that don’t get it. I have little patience for incompetence.

Many organizations nurture this incompetence, by doing nothing about it. Unfortunately, some of these useless people are making top dollars.

In our little world, we tend to cut our losses and move on. When we can’t be part of the solution, we become part of the problem.
