Genuinely Good People

I was touched to spend an evening with Jim and Celia Ferman at their home, for a glass of wine and a great conversation. Jim and Celia are among some of my favorite people.

Jim built one of the most successful network of Ferman auto dealerships in Florida, over decades.  Now the power couple have retired from the grind of corporate chaos and bask in the joy of their family, their grand children, and their philanthropy.

I am struck with their humility, their kindness and their generous philanthropy around the Tampa Bay Area and beyond. There is a lot to learn from this special couple.  Their success is clearly not defined by their bank balance — it is defined by the lives they touch and their incredible generosity in all that they do. There is a lot to learn from these good people.  I am just blessed to call them friends.
